It’s almost winter and the colder it is outside, the more I want to stay under the warm covers in the morning instead of waking up.  Lately, I have been doing morning yoga and stretches to help me wake up, one in particular that you can do without getting out of bed.  I figured I would share with you my favorite videos that have really helped me in the mornings to jump start my day.
My favorite YouTuber to watch is Candace- her channel is Yoga by Candace. Â The first video I watch in the morning is “10 Minute Gentle Yoga in Bed”- this is one she posted recently and it is so relaxing, but not to the point where I want to fall back asleep. Â It really helps wake up the body, and you have no excuse, since you don’t even have to get out of bed to do it.

After this I mix one full glass of ice water or hot water with lemon mixed with my Collagen Peptides Powder (helps with skin) and sip on it while getting ready for the day!
