Bed Bath & Beyond Remodel and Porch Refresh June 7, 2019 Home, Home Decor Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by Bed Bath & Beyond. As always, all opinions are my own. Happy Friday loves! If you haven’t heard the news yet, Bed Bath & Beyond has begun remodeling some of their stores as part of their “Next Generation Store Initiative”. The new layout of the store offers customers a new way to shop. I recently went to the newly remodeled store on the west side of Madison, WI (on Junction Road) to check it out and I wanted to share more about their new look, plus what I found for my home! If you want a behind the scenes, I will be sharing more on my Instagram stories at the same time this post goes live! The Newly Remodeled Store Upon walking into the store, it’s noticeably different. It has more of an open plan vibe, similar to that of a Home Goods. They still have the store divided into departments how they used to, but each department offers something new. The new concept of the store is a “try before you buy”. For example, the bedding area has a bed set up so you can change out the duvet (see photo below) and even try new pillows. It gives you the option of seeing what it would look like put together in your own way before actually purchasing it. The furniture and decor collection is a little different than the bedding. Most of the items are limited, so you have to snag them before they’re gone! What I Found at the Store I have been wanting to update a little corner of my 3 season porch at home and found the cutest rattan chairs hanging on their chair wall in the furniture area. I used that as the base piece(s) and built from there. I set everything up in a corner of the store to see if it would work well together. The store has so many great themes to play with. This one is more of a boho vibe and I love it. The color of the rattan goes well with the macrame ottoman and foot stool and then I used pillows and a throw for some pops of color, along with the faux plant on the table. The white table is around $30 too, which is crazy to me. As I said above, the seasonal areas and furniture are limited. I snagged the last 2 rattan chairs and they do not sell them online. Some items they carry online, but most, you will need to head to the store to see if you can find them! My Porch Refresh I have a little corner in my 3 season porch that has been in dire need of some TLC. Most of the pieces I put together at the store came home with me for my porch area. There isn’t a ton of space for a seating area, but this ended up filling the corner nicely. It’s on my list to paint that wall paneling in the back, so once that is done, the area will be even more put together! Everything in the photos below, minus the rug were found at the newly remodeled Bed Bath & Beyond. What do you think of the new space? Have you been to a newly remodeled Bed Bath & Beyond store yet? It’s so fun to shop with this new concept and layout! If you have been to a newly remodeled store, let me know what you think below! I can’t wait to head back soon and see what other items they have. They get new shipments in each week, so new products are constantly coming in. If you’re in the Madison area, stop by the West Bed Bath & Beyond on June 22nd for their Grand Re-Opening! You can RSVP HERE! Don’t forget to check out my Instagram stories for a little more of a peek at the new look of the store, along with a time-lapse of me putting my patio together.
