Silver + Red Christmas Makeup Look | Beauty Mix Series

Happy Friday beauties! You know what that means. Another beauty mix series post with Jasmine, Ashleigh, and Lily! This week’s look we were to choose red or green for Christmas. Since I recently got a new red liquid lipstick, I figured I would go with a silver lid and a bold red lip!

Since this look is a little similar to my BOLD Red Lip makeup look and my Smokey Eye Makeup Look, I decided not to film this look. If you missed my last week’s blue and silver look, the video is also up on my YouTube and in my blog post.

The Look

I did a smokey eye with silver eyeshadow. To intensify the shadow, I used fix plus. I also used the same shadow as an inner corner highlight on the eyes.
Super easy to do and all you have to do is throw on a bold lip and this look is perfect for a holiday party, date night, and more…

Eyes + Brows

Eyebrows – Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow pomade in taupe (not too heavy this time) and I topped it with the Maybelline Define a Brow Gel in Blonde
Eye Base- Mac Prolongwear Paint Pot – Soft Ochre
Eyes – Transition shade and black shade is from the Tarte Clay Play palette. The silver color is a Maybelline eyeshadow. I used Mac Fix Plus to wet my makeup brush and make the silver color extra pigmented.
Liner – Maybelline Curvitude black liner
Mascara – Loreal Voluminous Lash Paradise
Lashes – Ardell Glamour Wispies.

Lips:

Dose of Colors Liquid Lipstick in the shade Kiss of Fire.  This lip color needed a few coats in order for it to look more of a true red, otherwise it’s a tad pink, but either way it is amazing and stays on all day, through eating and drinking! I actually ate wings with this on and it didn’t budge!
