Happy Friday!! I know today is supposed to be a Beauty Mix look, however I did not have time to film this one, so I decided to share my recent YouTube video with you! (You can still check out the other girl’s looks if interested) I recently shared how I get an at-home blow out with a new hair tool I’ve been trying out, the Revlon One-Step Dryer and Volumizer.
Growing up, my mom always used a hair dryer and round brush in one, super similar to this! I used to love using it, but just never ended up buying on for myself. I’m not sure why I never did, but now that I own one, it is a SERIOUS game changer when it comes to my morning routine. I used to just let me hair air dry after the shower because I was too lazy to pull the blow dryer out, along with the round brush. It would also take forever for my hair to dry. Once I tried this, I haven’t let me hair air dry since! No more going to work with mehhh looking hair! I love how long the style lasts.
What is the Revlon One-Step Dryer and Volumizer?
It is a blow dryer and round brush in one! It detangles, dries and volumizes your hair as you use it, in no time at all! It reduces frizz and creates a nice, smooth finish!
How to Use It
Section off your hair. Start with the tool on the setting you’d like — I prefer the high setting when I’m in a hurry and the low setting when I have a little more time. Start at the root, and begin to brush your hair out with the tool, just as you would with a regular brush. Don’t worry about curling it around the brush until it’s more dry. Once it’s about 75% dry, then start to wrap it around the brush, while still working from the root to the end of your hair. You can add more of a curl or less of a curl depending on how you use the tool. I personally like a bit of a curl at the end. I put together a quick video tutorial below of how I use the hair tool!
