July 4th Casual Outfit Ideas

Happy Tuesday friends!! 4th of July is coming up soon. Do you tend to err on the more casual side of things for 4th of July like me?! Well, I’ve got you covered when it comes to casual outfits for your 4th of July celebrations! Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a cute sun dress for the 4th too, which I still consider to be somewhat casual, so I’m sharing some outfit ideas, as well as a whole bunch of clothing items you can still snag before the holiday!

Red, White and Blue or stars and stripes are always a good place to start when picking out a 4th of July outfit. You don’t necessarily need to go out and buy new pieces for the holiday, you can dress with what you have in your closet too!

White & Blue with a Pop of Red

White pants or shorts along with a blue top or flip it to blue jean shorts or pants and a white top. Everyone has to have blue jeans and a white top in their wardrobe. Throw on a red bandana or some fun red statement earrings and you have yourself a casual, yet put together 4th of July look. This Blue Tank with White Stars is the cutest along with white pants! Graphic Crop Tee and High Waisted Denim

A classic USA or flag tee is always a great idea for the 4th. I love a crop tee option, especially with high waisted shorts or jeans. The high wasted denim allows for just a little bit of the midriff to show instead of too much. These Agolde Denim Shorts are a SPLURGE for sure, but sooo worth it! They are the most structured, yet comfortable and flattering shorts I’ve ever owned. I have both the USA tee and the American Honey tee below. Bright & Bold Sweater with Shorts/Jeans

A spin on the traditional red, white and blue, this Pink Star Sweater is so adorable. I love the raw hem and love pairing an oversized sweater with shorts in the summertime. You could also pair it with jeans when it’s chillier, but I love it with the shorts.
