Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream Review

January 31, 2018 Skin Care

Happy Wednesday beauties! If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how much I LOVE skincare and trying out new products! I recently got the Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Crème complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes! I have been using it daily since then and wanted to share my honest review with you all!

The Product

What It Is

The Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Crème is a brightening eye crème that contains Vitamin C, which targets signs of aging and reduces the look of dark circles. It is supposed to be great for under makeup and perfect for all skin types! It is said to be inspired by banana powder, which you all know I love!! This product is formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.

My Review

The smell of this eye cream is amazing! It almost has a banana smell. Not like real bananas, but more like the banana Laffy Taffy, but not as potent! The scent isn’t overpowering at all, just a subtle sweetness! I have been using it every morning and it has definitely been working as a corrector! It may be too soon to know if it has been working on any fine lines and/or wrinkles, but I definitely notice a difference using this before my makeup!

I also received a cooling eye mask along with the eye cream. I keep it in my fridge and when I’m feeling extra swollen, puffy or just feeling tired I will pop it on and lay down for 5 minutes! It helps de-puff any bags under my eyes and the cream then helps to correct and brighten!

Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this product out! So far, it’s been worth it to me!

Vitamin C does wonders for the skin! Not going to lie, at first the banana threw me off, but I definitely need to try this!

LOL yes I was curious about the banana, but when I learned about it being similar to the banana powder, which I love, I was excited!!

My eyes are definitely my problem area, especially the underneath area. I’ve tried lots of different products, but have never heard of this until now! I can’t wait to give this a try! Thanks so much for the great information!
