Local Retailer Spotlight | Wisconsin Clothing Company (The 608)

April 6, 2021 Uncategorized

I love supporting local businesses and I recently came across The 608 Store and loved what they stood for. The brand recently rebranded to Wisconsin Clothing Company and I wanted to share a little more about their story along with some of their fun Wisconsin clothing pieces.

About Wisconsin Clothing Company

Wisconsin Clothing Company started out as The 608 Store, primarily focused on the Madison “608” area. Corey and his wife started the company and their goal was to encompass all things 608, but recently decided that they wanted to share clothing that was for all of the area codes in Wisconsin, and not just the 608.

Owners: Corey Kaiser & Amanda Kaiser

With two different paths to starting the 608, they both knew it could work if they did it together. Corey came up with the idea after graduating college and it just made so much sense with Amanda having her degree in Graphic Design. They both love their hometown of Kieler, Wisconsin and try to display that through the brand. They live their lives by the simple saying, “Be nice to other people & everything will fall into place”

Their brick and mortar store is located in the small town of Kiehler, Wisconsin, but you can shop online on their website wisconsinclothingco.com and find them on Instagram at @wisconsinclothingcompany.

Some of My Clothing Favs

I recently picked up some new items from the store, plus got Conor some new golf gear! They have men’s and women’s clothing, and a lot of tops are unisex! Whether you’re in the 608, the 262, and beyond, they’ve got something for all Wisconsinites! Plus, the wuality of the clothing is far better than I expected! Everything is super soft and comfortable!

Which are your favs?

Yellow Pocket Tee

Vintage Wisconsin 608 Crop Hoodie
Comes in Black and Grey

Unisex 608 Wisconsin Sweatshirt

Men’s 608 Nike Jacquard Polo

If you’re looking to support local, check out Wisconsin Clothing Company online, or stop in their store to see their new arrivals!
