Day 13Â (Sun 1/15/17):
Breakfast: 1 Piece -Aidell’s Apple Chicken Sausage (Costco) and a handful of berries
Lunch:  Finished my Starbucks Cold Brew from the day before.  Went out to Brunch for a friend’s Birthday at a local Restaurant.  I ordered a sparkling water with lime and a grilled chicken breast with a side of broccolini (no butter)
Dinner: Â Had some people over for the Green Bay Packer Game (was an amazing game), so I just grazed while everyone else had other snacks. Â I ate mixed nuts, berries, leftover sweet potatoes, leftover plantain chips with avocado
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Â I was very tempted by some Beer Cheese dip my friend brought over, but I kept hydrated and snacked on healthy alternatives and I was just fine. Â I may have overdid it on the food today just to keep my mind off of the other food though :/
Day 14 (Mon 1/16/17):
Exercise/Stretch: 10 Min Gentle Yoga in Bed
Breakfast: Coffee with almond milk and cinnamon, Sweet Potato & Bacon Egg Cups
Morning Snack: Â Raspberries and Strawberries
Lunch:  Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado Salad with a can of Tuna
Afternoon Snack: Carrot Cake Larabar
Dinner:  Bacon, Garlic, Avocado Burger on a bed of greens with a side of sweet potatoes
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Today was a good day! I was a bit more hungry than usual, probably from overeating on Sunday :/ Â Time to get back on track!
Day 15 (Tue 1/17/17):
Exercise/Stretch: 10 Min Gentle Yoga in Bed
Breakfast:  Coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon, Sweet Potato & Bacon Egg Cups
Morning Snack: Â Strawberries and Blueberries
Lunch:  Leftover Bacon, Garlic, Avocado Burger (forgot my avocado for lunch :/ ) on a bed of greens with a side of Roasted Broccoli Salad (no honey or maple syrup), 1 La Croix
Afternoon Snack: Apple and Almond Butter
Dinner:  Leftover Bacon, Garlic, Avocado Burger on a bed of greens with a side of Roasted Broccoli Salad (no honey or maple syrup)
Exercise/Stretch: Â Sit ups, push ups, yoga stretches while watching TV and drinking my nighttime tea
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Â I did not have to cook anything tonight since I prepped Monday-Wed lunches and dinner, so it felt amazing to just eat when I got home and have time to do other things. Â Slowly reaching my goal of prepping ahead more
Day 16 (Wed 1/18/17):
Breakfast:Â Sweet Potato & Bacon Egg Cups
Morning Snack: Â Starbucks Grande Cold Brew, Strawberries and Blueberries
Lunch:  (One more time- I made too much) Leftover Bacon, Garlic, Avocado Burger -add some Frank’s Red Hot sauce, on a bed of greens with a side of Roasted Broccoli Salad (no honey or maple syrup), 1 La Croix
Afternoon Snack: Apple
Dinner:  One Pan Meditteranean Chicken – this was so yummy!!
Exercise/Stretch: Went on a walk with the dogs
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Â For some reason I was extremely hungry today
Day 17 (Thu 1/19/17):
Breakfast: Â Veggie Egg Muffins – added Aidell’s Chicken Sausage
Morning Snack: RxBar :Coffee Chocolate
Lunch: Â Leftover Mediterranean Chicken and Charred Broccoli Salad
Afternoon Snack: none
Dinner: Â Blackened Shrimp, Asparagus and Avocado Salad
Day 18 (Fri 1/20/17):
Breakfast:Â Veggie Egg Muffins – added Aidell’s Chicken Sausage
Morning Snack: Â Coffee with almond milk and cinnamon, 1 Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch: Â Leftover Mediterranean Chicken
Afternoon Snack: Cashew Cookie Larabar
Dinner: Â Turkey Lettuce Wraps – Turkey lunch meat (uncured, no nitrates), Cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion – wrapped up in romaine lettuce leafs
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Â I felt very lethargic towards the end of the day. Â We painted our basement at night and I had barely any energy :/
Day 19 (Sat 1/21/17):
Breakfast: 1 Hard Boiled Egg
Morning Snack: Lemon Larabar
Lunch: Went to a restaurant in Mt. Horeb called Shubert’s and had a vegetable breakfast hash with 2 over easy eggs. Â The hash consisted of brussel sprouts, rutabaga, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Â It was delicious!!
Afternoon Snack: Handful of Almonds
Dinner: Â Aidell’s Chicken Sausage and a side of green beans
Exercise/Stretch: Â If you count trying on wedding gowns all morning and afternoon as exercise, then I did some today! 😉
End of Day- How am I feeling?: Â We went wedding dress shopping today so my morning meals were on the go. Â We had a late lunch after I found my wedding dress (YAY)!! It was a long, exhausting, but great day!
I have to admit…I CHEATED today… I told myself if I found a wedding dress that I wouldn’t turn down the champagne toast! Â I had a sip of champagne to celebrate saying yes to the dress, but then gave the rest to my bridesmaids.
End of Week 3 Recap:
I am getting sick of cooking so much, but it definitely helped that I prepped a lot more this week. Every other day I have been drinking my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides with hot water and lemon juice, and it’s been helping my skin so much, along with eating well! It’s definitely worth trying! Again this week, I had a goal of working out more, but I didn’t do it too much, so I’m carrying over that goal over to week 4.  I still feel great and love that I don’t feel way too full all of the time like before the diet, and also don’t feel bloated ever!  Bring on week 4!
