Happy Friday babes! Earlier in the year I shared a similar post to this, sharing my activewear picks and playlist, but I’ve since updated my workout wardrobe and playlist, so I wanted to share an updated post with my new favs!
I’ve recently began working out at Peter Kraus Fitness in Middleton, WI and have been loving it. I’ve been getting my butt kicked and it sucks, but you feel so good afterwards! If you want a more dedicated post on Peter’s classes, let me know and I would be happy to share that with you. In the meantime, follow along on my Instagram for updates on how I’m doing. If you’re local, try 2 of Peter’s classes for FREE, and you can also get 20% off a membership with code PKKCFIT. If you stop in, just let them know I sent you! 😉 Better yet, if you follow me on IG, shoot me aDM and come to a class with me! I took before photos, so I will for sure be showing my progress on IG, and maybe the blog too! 😉
Shopping for Affordable Activewear
Some of my fav stores to shop affordable activewear are Target, Old Navy, and Amazon! Old Navy has some super fun designs on their activewear sets, and Target has also been adding some more patterns into their pieces as well. I love shopping through Amazon for the 90 Degree by Reflex brand- they have some great quality workout leggings.
When shopping for affordable workout pieces, I look for the best quality I can get for the lowest price. You hear me say this all the time, but in most cases, you get what you pay for, so if you’re paying $5 for a pair of workout leggings, they probably won’t last you very long. I like to spend a little bit of money on these pieces, but nothing too overpriced. Think the $20-$30 range. If ordering online, be sure the fabric is good quality. For workout leggings, I like to look for anything high waisted, a side phone pocket preferred (for when you have wireless buds in), and if shopping online, always check reviews.
I’ve put together a list below of my favorite affordable workout pieces, along with some accessories that I know you’ll love! You can also find a whole page on my blog with Activewear Picks. Read on for my Workout Playlist too!
My Workout Playlist
When I’m not taking one of Peter’s classes, I go to a nearby gym and rock out to some tunes while doing my thing! This playlist is the perfect playlist to get you pumped up for working out. (At least it works for me) I love creating Spotify playlists- I have so many. If you’re on Spotify, you can follow my playlist below!
Warning: This playlist does have some explicit lyrics.
Hope you enjoyed and found some new affordable workout pieces, plus a little tuneage for your workout! 😉 As always, thank you so much for reading!
