A few months back I did a Beauty Q&A, so I’m so excited to be tagged by the beautiful Jasmine Maria for the ‘How Well Do You Know Me’ tag. Check out her post here. I am answering her questions below.

Questions:

1. 1. What is your dream vacation?

      Anywhere tropical or with amazing architecture. I haven’t been on a vacation in over 5 years, so really, anywhere would be fine with me! My fiance and I will be going to Hawaii in October for our honeymoon and I can’t wait! Conor and I haven’t been on an actual vacation together since our cruise with family in 2011!! Can you believe that? Here’s a photo from that vacation! We were so little & young!

      

   2. What is your favorite dessert?

      Hmm…this one is a tough one. I am not a huge fan of chocolate unless it’s minimal in a dessert. I love angel food cake, cheesecake, or ice cream (just not chocolate ice cream). I only like sweets in moderation. I am definitely more of a savory than a sweets person.

   3. Favorite beauty holy grail?

      Oh man, this is a tough one. How do I even choose? I’m going to pick one skin care, one hair and one makeup holy grail.

      Skin Care: Murad Acne Fighting Line- I did a post on this when I first got it.

      Hair Care: Dry Shampoo for sure!! It saves my hair between washes! I have 2 favs from my recent FabFitFun Summer Box- you can check out the post here.

      Makeup product: eyebrows or lips… hmmm… I’m going to go with LIQUID LIPSTICKS- whoever invented these deserves a huge round of applause. I hate reapplying lipstick. With the right formula of a liquid lipstick, it can last most of the day without reapplying. My go-to is Dose of Colors in the shade Stone and also in Truffle. Ulta now carries the Dose of Colors brand and I’m so excited!

      

      

      
      

   4. Leggings or jeans?

      Man, another tough one. Leggings to lounge around and to run quick errands, but jeans for longer shopping trips and for going out. I wear black pants or leggings all week at work, so I love to throw on jeans when I can.

      

      

      
      

   5. What kind of cuisine do you enjoy eating? (Ex: American, Italian, Mexican etc..)

      Mexican for sure! We have tacos at least 1-2 times a week and we love going out to grab enchiladas often! I love making homemade guac!

   6. What’s the best book you ever read and why?

      In grade school, I read “A Child Called It” and it was the most heartbreaking book ever and I’ve never forgotten about it. I’m not a big reader, but I definitely wish I could be. Recently, I have been into audiobooks- I did a few posts with suggestions on the books I’ve listened to. Definitely worth checking out!

1. 1. What show are you currently binging on?

      I’m watching Grey’s Anatomy from the beginning ( I have never seen all of the episodes). Conor and I just started Quantico on Netflix, which we can’t get enough of. We are also really wanting to start Game of Thrones soon too! So many shows, so little time.

1. What’s your favorite season and why?

   My FAV season in Wisconsin is FALL for sure! I LOVE summer in the midwest, but it doesn’t last long enough. Just thinking of Fall makes me so happy! Sweaters, boots, scarves… yes please!!

   

   

   
   

2. Do you enjoy watching scary movies?

   Nope…not a fan! I used to be a fan back in the day, but I am just not that into them anymore! I prefer thrillers more than scary movies.

3. Male crush celebrity?

   I am more of a Liam fan, but also love Chris (Hemsworth). My fav hottie celebrity would have to be Channing Tatum though!
